Vegetable Preparation Function
The vegetable preparation attachment consists of a lidded vegetable preparation bowl. Both the bowl and the lid can be removed for cleaning.
A large hopper (104 cm2) for the preparation of vegetables such a as cabbage, celeriac, lettuce, tomatoes.
A cylindrical hopper (ø 58 mm) designed for long or fragile vegetables giving an outstanding quality of cut.
Supplied with 2mm & 4mm slicer and 2mm & 6mm grater discs.
Complete selection of 23 stainless steel discs available.
